NAVIGATION SERVICES empowers unhoused residents in our community to navigate the pathways to stability by obtaining government-issued identification documents needed to find a job, rent an apartment, and move forward with their lives.

Coming together as a caring community
We facilitate collaborative engagement among local organizations, leaders, and residents, enabling them to share ideas, fill gaps in services, and coordinate work to support neighbors experiencing homelessness—and families at risk of losing their homes. We currently facilitate the Georgetown Coalition for the Unhoused.
Pursuing solutions to expand housing security
We are working to improve HOUSING SECURITY in our community. We help our neighbors and local leaders understand how housing insecurity and homelessness hurt all of us—and how thoughtfully crafted housing policies, regulations, and programs can make Georgetown a better place for everyone.
Our current focus is on gaining support for establishing a Safe Space, where our unhoused neighbors can safely sleep, store their belongings, and hang out without fear of arrest.
